Is Priebus' Outster As Chief Of Staff A Sign That Trump Is a Difficult Boss

Just 6 months after joining in as the White House chief of staff, Reince Priebus was shown the door. During his term, he was mostly seen as ineffective. But, to be fair [to him] he hardly got a chance to operate as a chief. Insiders reveal that there was constant interference from other officials like Steve Bannon and Jared Kushner. In fact, President Trump himself left no opportunity tleft undone o mock Priebus in private.

Dr. Bart Rossi, an expert in political psychology and political commentary, specialising in USA politics observes, “He (Donald Trump) seems to be someone who is projecting himself as someone who is extremely egotistical - who has no consistency, stability, nor self-control. That lack of stability makes a lot of people nervous."

In a span of 6 months, the Trump Administration has had 5 high-profile casualties - the chief of staff, deputy chief of staff, national security adviser, communications director and press secretary. But, Trump supporters feel that he has been successfully running his business empire in the same fashion, there’s no need for a change.

“People who have serious personality flaws can still be successful at their businesses. We don’t even know how successful or unsuccessful he was. He has had some success for sure. His business might be built more on fabrication than reality. He has filed at least 3 bankruptcies”, Rossi adds.

Unfortunately, unlike heading an enterprise, when you are heading a country you cannot brush your failures under the carpet. No wonder as per a recent survey by Quinnipiac University Trump’s approval rating has fallen to an all-time low, 61% of his voters think he is not doing a good job.
